Acceptable Use & Abuse Reporting

Rules for authorized AI lip sync use and how to report impersonation, privacy, safety, or copyright abuse.

Last updated 2026-08-23

In Short

Use only media you are authorized to use. Do not use Visemix to impersonate, exploit, harass, deceive, or violate another person's rights. Review every output before sharing it, and report suspected abuse through the public support email or the signed-in support center.

Use Only Authorized Media

You may submit a face, voice, video, photo, recording, text, or other work only when you own it or have every permission required for the intended use. Product access, a successful preflight check, or a generated result does not prove that your use is lawful.

Prohibited Uses

Do not use Visemix to create, facilitate, or distribute:

  • Deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, or false endorsement.
  • Non-consensual intimate or sexual content, sexual content involving minors, or exploitation.
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, hate, or targeted abuse.
  • Election deception or materially misleading public-interest media where prohibited by law.
  • Copyright, publicity, privacy, trademark, or other rights violations.
  • Malware, spam, attempts to bypass limits, unauthorized access, or disruption of the service.
  • Any content or conduct prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing generated media and adding synthetic-media disclosures where required by law or the destination platform.

Email support@lipsync.vip, or open the support center while signed in and choose Safety & copyright. Include the affected URL, job or order reference if known, a concise explanation, and a way to contact you. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.

Do not attach private or intimate media unless you are authorized to share it and support specifically requests it through an approved channel. Copyright notices may also follow the requirements on the Copyright & Rights Reporting page.

Enforcement

We may preserve relevant records, restrict media, suspend accounts, revoke access, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or investigate a credible report. We may reject reports that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the service.
