Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
We provide a browser-based media validation and AI lip-sync service. Local preflight checks inspect selected media without uploading it. Remote upload and generation requests are submitted after the server verifies the required account, storage, provider, and credit configuration. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
- Upload or generate media without the permission of the people depicted and the relevant copyright or other rights holders.
- Create deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, fraud, or content that violates applicable publicity, privacy, or election laws.
Media Rights and Consent
You retain your rights in media you submit. You grant us and our configured processors a limited license to store, transmit, and process that media solely to provide the requested service. You represent that you have all permissions needed for every person, voice, image, recording, and work involved. A successful technical check does not establish that your use is lawful.
AI Output and Limitations
Lip-sync results can contain visual errors and are not guaranteed to be accurate, natural, or suitable for a particular purpose. Results vary with face visibility, pose, cuts, noise, recording quality, and source/audio mismatch. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication and for disclosing synthetic or altered media when required.
Payment and Billing
Paid features are billed in advance through Stripe. The authenticated payment webhook—not the browser return page—is the source of account fulfillment. One-time credit packs do not expire. Monthly-plan credits expire at the end of the applicable monthly billing period and do not roll over. Annual plans issue credits in monthly installments; unused installments roll over only until the end of the current annual paid period, when they expire. A full payment refund is available within 14 days only when every credit granted from that purchase remains unused and unreserved, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy. Failed tasks return their task credits and do not by themselves refund the original payment.
Intellectual Property
Rights in the Visemix service, its original content, features, and software remain with their applicable owner or licensor. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. Rights in third-party content and marks remain with their respective owners, and this section does not claim ownership of media you submit.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
